Blew a tire on the travel trailer 4km East of Thompkins on the #1. My back issues prevented me completing the roadside repair. They had a truck out almost within the hour I called. They also reached out via text to understand the repairs required and to receive a map pin to ensure prompt response. They saved the day and amazed me how quickly they got me going again. Must have contact for seasoned travelers through the area. Different payment options as well which was helpful.
Good guys in there I forgot the name of that guy who changed tire really helpfull
Says open 24 hours I called he answered... all he said is I don't have any afterbour workers. I was willing to bring the rim right to him and he repeated I have no workers.... why answer the phone then. Definitely no help and rude. Thank God it wasn't a tire on the truck with my kids and dogs while it's 35 degrees out stuck middle of no where. I guess watching the football game is more important.
