I booked a 9:00 AM appointment on Wednesday at Hythe Tirecraft and arrived early at 8:45 AM with everything ready for a simple tire changeover. By 11:00 AM, my vehicle still wasn’t done, so I called and was told they were behind and it would be another 30 minutes. I didn’t get my car back until 11:40 AM. I was told the delay was partly because they couldn’t find my wheel lock key (which was in the glove box), and also because the vehicle ahead of me was on the balancer for an extended time. Staff were super friendly! Since I know almost nothing about vehicles and tires they were kind enough to explain everything in a way I could understand! Will 10000% be back again!
