We have been going to Tirecraft Dundas for years, and I can honestly say he is outstanding—not only as a mechanic, but as a person. His integrity, kindness, and generosity shine through in everything he does. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always goes above and beyond. It’s truly a pleasure to deal with him and his wonderful staff/family, and we feel so fortunate to have someone like him in our little town. Highly recommend!
My wife had them do the brakes on her car and they botched the job leaving air in the lines. Took it in to fix and they suggested that it was related to a bearings issue and cracked master cylinder. Was told she needed to wait 'weeks' for parts. None of which was true as I took car to another mechanic to bleed the lines and problem fixed.
Excellent experience, had a screw in my tire, we pulled in right away and the staff were off to the races fixing it for us. Greatly appreciate their fast and timely service and accommodating us so quickly Thank you
