Tirecraft is a Dundas landmark that has been around forever, and it shows in the way they do business. Brian is a man of integrity and genuinely such a nice guy—honest, always willing to help, and easy to trust. The staff are kind and professional, the service was quick, the prices are always more than fair, and I felt taken care of from start to finish. In an industry where trust is everything - I trust these guys. Highly recommend supporting a long-standing local business like this. They don't make 'em like this anymore.
Was told a different price on the phone, when I showed up, had a front desk laugh at my face and I was told they have no idea who would tell me “such an unreasonable price”. Was persuaded to pay for “oil change” with all liquids heck and whatever else they wanted to check, because it is a part of oil change, when specifically mentioned that I am only looking for oil change, not any sort of check up.
