I was looking to get more information about having a tire replaced as well as ordering a new set for my Audi, and was met with the secretary laughing when I had expressed my question about the shop honouring protection plans other TireCrafts in the province do. I have tried to phone this shop 2 or 3 times to no avail about any problem solving, with unprofessionalism. Will not be trying again.
