Brought my F150 in without an appointment as we were traveling through to go camping and the truck wasn't going to make it back home. Kevin said he'd try his best. They had me diagnosed, part ordered, installed and up and running by the next day. Fantastic service.
Sad I've tryed three times to see if I could sneak in a defeating tire with no prevail. Must make a appointment mon to fri with the day you call all booked up at 8am lol ,Kamloops is more convenient sorry to say.. Their reputation is accurate.
Always had good experiences with these guys. They try to squeeze me in when the car is straight up not starting, even if I don't have an appointment, and they've never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary or overcharge me for a fix. They often recommend simple solutions before the nuclear option (try the cheaper fuel cleaner before replacing the whole system, for example).
