If I could leave a worse review I would. Online says it’s open (Dec 28 at 10:30 am) but no one around. I call and am told a meeting is more important than a customer in distress. Changed my own tire and will recommend anyone in need find a way to get to Kamloops instead.
Unfortunately I didn’t have a very good experience. I needed my fan belt and tensioner changed. I had to wait 2 weeks to get in. After they had my car they called and told me that the fan belt I supplied them was the wrong one (ok Canadian tires fault) but that it would be another 3 weeks before they could replace it when they could have gotten a replacement belt the following day. They did change the tensioner but it would be 5 weeks total to change a fan belt. I really don’t think they know the meaning of the word customer... read more
I blew a tire 5 km out of town and made it to Tirecraft on a spare. They unfortunately didn't have my tire size in stock but were kind enough to re-torque my spare and check everything out to make sure my family and I would make it to Kamloops safely. Very kind and helpful!
Been their a few times it's limited but friendly staff try to get things done right.
