Jason Nahal went above and beyond for me today I ordered the wrong size tires and he was able to get me in a day early to put my tires on 100%recommend coming here for your tires I will definitely come back
Got an oil change & 21 point inspection today. Jenny was EXTREMELY helpful when I came in to drop my vehicle off. She was very respectful and attentive to my questions & requests. Shared helpful insights and was very knowledgeable. The customer service she provided gave me additional confidence in work being done on my truck. Her "above & beyond" actions are a big reason why I will continue giving Kal Tire my business.
Excellent Customer Service! If something goes wrong they will make it right! And honest transparent Tire Store.
As we headed out on our annual mom and kid road trip to Calgary - my low tire presure light came on. We detoured into this location and asked if they could have a quick look. They welcomed us in with no appointment, checked my tire and found a piece of metal had punctured my tire. They had it fixed in no time, while 3 little boys terrorized their shop! They were amazing and would recommend them over and over!
