Tires are good price if they decide to send them. Purchased tires over a month ago for delivery to my local shop. Never shipped or received. No customer service.

I popped a tire on a curb and had driven three different places after calling saying they had the tire I needed nobody could order it I went online to tirebuyer ordered it and got it the next morning. Thank you

Worst company to deal with 3 weeks waiting on tires and the only reason I found out the shipment was delayed is because i called if not i would have never known. this company is giving ATD a bad reputation

I returned an Ebay purchase in person at their warehouse in bridgeton mo at ATD, their parent company. The same warehouse the tire came from. It wasn't a cheap $50 tire it was a $178 tire. It's been a week with no refund to my account and I've been on hold for 35 minutes as I write this. I was on hold for 21 minutes earlier. Terrible customer service. I guess I'll need to get in contact with Michael Welch the CEO. Apparently they don't have enough customer service reps available.

I purchased 5 tires from Tirebuyer through EBay. All 5 tires were returned in unused condition and I still have not received a refund. I have waited well over a week and the customer service people continue to give me a run around that my refund is in process.
