I went to get a tire , I was told they did not have my size. Before I could pull off the black dread head and shorter Mexican begin to spray my tires and take one off without me asking or requesting that… because again I came for a tire, not to check why I have a flat. Than before I leave I get told I have to pay a $10 check fee , very sneaky and rude. Won’t be going back don’t recommend !!
BUYER BEWARE! Deeply disappointed by the unethical practices at this shop. They sold us a defective tire & when we returned to have the issue resolved, they attempted to charge an additional $30 to replace their own faulty product. A reputable shop stands behind the quality of their inventory & corrects mistakes at no cost to the customer. Forcing a client to pay extra to fix a hazard they sold us is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Take your business elsewhere to avoid hidden fees and substandard products!
They sold me a bad tire, and wouldn't replace it although I brought it back in less than 24hrs,and with the receipt. BAD BUSINESS is what I call it.
