Omar and Team are great and always do a detailed job on our tires.
Called to get the wheels alignment on my truck , they told me come before 7:40 pm and we can do it , got there at 7:35 pm and the guy was like I’m sorry I can’t do it bring it tomorrow, then another guy stepped in and said just check of you can do it or not , they jacked the car up and then told me oh you need a lower control arm and we can’t do the alignment, then charged me $20 for doing nothing, even though i know the car doesn’t need a control arm , i took it to firestone today and checked the car , they said the control... read more
They have zero customer service. They very unorganized, too much waiting time.They tried to fix my tire, it didn't worked and still charged me 15 cash. I will never come back.
