2014 Audi RS7. I grew up in an auto garage. I brought in four used wheels and four tires to be mounted and balanced. The cashier with a thick African accent tried to ignore my concerns, just kept telling me to have a seat. I told them I wanted to mount and balance four tires. I stopped at Tires Xpress last week for a diagnosis and oil change. All my questions were answered, the price was fair and the mechanic, Rick was very helpful. I was told that they are under new management with a new owner
I think I just my new mechanic/garage! Used to take all my cars to a garage in Blaine for years, but decided to them a try given mobility issues & location. Stopped by prepared to make an appointment. I'm sorry I don't recall the gentleman's (possible owner) name but he quickly looked at what I needed and said he could take care of it today. Excellent Customer Service! I had my oil changed, it was super quick, easy and affordable. Jeremy was terrific! The team was polite and answered all my questions politely. They were very patient, thorough and detailed with a new car owner. I really appreciate them and I'll be a returning customer!!
