I got my tires changed here on November 1, and the service felt rushed from the start. When I asked the technician about when to return for a re-torque, he seemed distracted and I had to repeat myself before getting an answer. Later that same day, while driving on the highway, my car started shaking. Pre-Paid, No Tires, Zero Communication – Avoid! This was my first time using Tire World in Brampton, and it was a very bad experience. I visited the location to purchase tires, but they did not have them in stock. I was asked to prepay for the tires with the promise they would be on my vehicle within two days.
