I had a warranty hazard with the new tires I bought from them and came in to have them fix my tire within the window of the warranty. We have been with this company for years and they have fixed the tire when we have needed them to in the past. Needless to say the tech could have fixed my flat which was covered under warranty but he told the corporate office we "ran into something". We did run into something - a rock on the road. I went there just last month to get the brakes and roaters changed on my moms van. they came back telling me i needed to change the calipers or something and totaled everything over $800! Brakes at Auto Zone is 59.99 and Tire Works was charging 99 not including the cost of labor. After constantly telling them i only had 500 to get the vehicle serviced they finally took what i was laying on the table. to top it off!! Tried to get them to honor tire warranty. What a mess. Had to call corporate to resolve. STAY AWAY!!!
