Go to Discount Tires on Windmill Lane & Pecos at least they understand what customer service is. These jokers don't have a clue also be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait get the idea. Any place is better than this place from practical experience.
Sloppy work - lost hub cap cover - AVOID AT ALL COSTS – So I went in the week of April 11th to get my 06 Escalade oil change and tire rotation. The guys at the desk are nice, however I noticed afterwards my center hub for my wheel was missing. I called them up and asked if they had it, and the guy said he'd look into it and call me back. Don't know how long it takes to look for a hub cover. But still waiting. Now I have to buy one on ebay for $40k. So this turned out to be a WASTE OF TIME.
