The manager a while back was rude mean and nasty my tire was defective and I was not happy I had to take off tire take it on a spare to wheel town and find out no replacement they had to order tire the manager was rude obnoxious never go there again

fraud. tried to sell me front wheel bearing and tie rods before they would align the car. the wheel bearings had been changed fifty miles prior. the tie rods were fine. fraud. stay away
Counter guys are friendly and courteous, shop guys are very vulgar. I could hear them cursing through all the noise they were making. They cursed inside while they were at the sales counter. They cursed as they were opening the doors to come inside. I'm a guy it doesn't really bother me but there's women and children in the waiting area. Shop guys not professional at all. Hope their management reads this.
Took my Windstar Van for a front end alignment upon my mechanic's recommendation after he replaced the front end parts. Arrived at the store at Ayers/Padre Island Drive at 1:30 PM, and was advised that it should be ready by 3:00PM, arrived at the store at 2:45 and the van was waiting for me to pick it up. Front desk clerk was very courteous and helpful, and stated that the mechanic had some other jobs to take care of before he could work on my van. But as I said, van was ready at 2:45 PM. @NoDeltaNoWay DO NOT take your car to Banuelos or Discount tire, Wal Mart or anywhere else. Multiple times I have waited over 3 hours to have a flat repaired at Discount, and half the time they claim it "cant be repaired" and are already trying to sell me a tire before they even look at it. Banuelos will tear your vehicle up worse than when you took i in, and even has a disclaimer on heir reciept about "not being responsible for broken studs". This is the best places to take your vehicle.. Not only were they the CHEAPEST prices in TOWN, but they were also the friendliest staff I have ever encountered! They got me in and out of there within an hour.. I have been coming back to DELTA for years.. They sure do treat you like FAMILY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services. THANK YOU DELTA TIRE!!!
I went to Delta out on Northwest BLVD in Calallen to get 2 new tires. The VERY next day i went out of town and had one of my new tires blow out. The service man that came out to change my flat noticed immediately where the rim covers the opening on the tire was damaged. He said the ONLY way that damage could have been done was during the time the tire was put on the rim (he also informed me it had happened to him before when learning in the business).
