It was new years eve 2025 I had hit a curb and popped my front tire and almost the rear. It was pouring rain, needed tires bad. They gave me a great price on 4 used tires and had me in ans out in less than 30 min. Great, FAST service! Great price also!
Hi, I got my rims installed here on Dec 16 2025 and they scratched one of the rims and when i called back a few hours later to explain what happened, they completely denied it and acted like i was making it up. It was insulting !I had been a loyal customer for the past 5 years and this is how you treat your customers, well I'll never give them my business again. what a disappointment!!!
This tire shop is probably one of my favorite tire shops to go to in the Bay the staff is exceptional. They know there's products they know how to treat people. They're very honest. I tell all my friends to go there. Because they know how to treat people. I tell friends to go there and they tell their friends. T w p keep up the great work
The service is very quick when changing tires. The price isn't bad, but the alignment is awful. I put on new tires with them. I had the alignment done after 4 months, and the steel on the inside of the tire was already wearing down. I went back and complained about the alignment. I put on other new tires and had another alignment done. The first time they said the alignment was good, and the second time the same problem occurred.
