Went to Precision Tire and Wheel yesterday in hopes they could help me and they came through in a big way! Was showing my teenage son how to change a tire, components of brakes, etc as he just started driving and found I had a stripped lugnut. Tried everything under the sun to get it off including a special extractor I purchased. I was desperate to get the thing off and stopped at the shop to see if they had a suggestion. They were professional and helpful providing feedback on some minor issues with the tires due to the distribution company storing and handling the tires.
