Bunch of incompetent mechanics
Very fast, courteous and never needed an appointment.
Bought out by Big O tires They should have delayed opening. I can appreciate wanting to take care of local business but when your unprepared you cause delays and frustration. Hopefully in the next few days they pull it together. If not I will seek service else where.
I've taken my vehicles to this shop for the last few years and it has been great. However, the last 2 or 3 times I've taken in my truck the person working at the front counter has portrayed a complete lack of respect and politeness. Whomever this man is, he needs to be taught some customer service skills. I have talked to multiple other people about this same issue so I know it isn't just me. These guys did an amazing job. Got a diagnosis for a bad battery from another shop and they wanted to charge way more. Came to Tire Trax to have them take a look. Turned out to be the starter. These guys treat you right and don't give any BS. I will be coming from Orem again for all my vehicle care needs. Thanks guys!
