My car was having a weak start-up for a few days, and I had a feeling my battery was bad. Today, when my car barely turned over, I took it to Mavis. They were very busy, but this very Sweet lady at the counter named Dianne, went above and beyond to get my car in right away to have my battery checked. Sure enough that was the problem. Took my RAV4 in for service today. Told the team I needed an oil change, brakes because they were making a grinding sound and a tire patch because there was a piece of metal in my back driver tire. They did a full inspection and let me know that all I actually needed was an oil change and windshield wipers.
