My wife and I were traveling from Texas to Maryland and got nail in tire. We were able to get off Interstate and made it to Tire Town. Employees were quick in repairing the tire and vey professional. Boy did they take the stress out my trip. To all, thanks for the great service ! George Battle
RecommendedIn town for the weekend from NW Arkansas and my tire sensor alerted a very low tire. Luckily I was near Tire Town just before 5pm on a Friday. They took my Mercedes back immediately and in about 10 min they called me back to look. I had a cracked rim! They put sealant on it which would slow the leak, filled all the tires and offered to fill it tomorrow as well. About 4 guys helped and refused any payment. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!
Talked to Bobby today about needing to replace a tire that I thought was damaged. He did not have the tire I needed in stock and made a trip to LR to get it. When I got there he inspected the damage and said my tire is fine. Very easily could have sold me a new tire but put my money ahead of their profit. Integrity still exists folks. Nice job Bobby. Thank you... Tire Town gained a life long customer today.
I had a low tire that I thought was flat and they aired it up for me free of charge. They are all super nice 10/10 highly recommended!
I brought 2 boat tires in at 11:30, the guy said it would be about 45 minutes. I left n came back about 35 minutes later. I sat within about 5 ft from the guy that took my order. At 1:15 I finally asked and he didn’t remember me. Then the light came on and he realized he had forgotten me. It was not busy at all and the guy did apologize. I used to be a loyal customer but a similar situation happened some time back and I decided to give them another chance. No hard feelings but I will just take my business elsewhere.
Terrible. Ordered tire on line and brought down to mount and balance. Tire tech cut slash in side wall removing shipping plastic😡 claims he didn’t do it but in pic you can clearly see where he inserted knife. Never go to tire town. Horrible experience
The guys there are always efficient, helpful, respectful.
Needed my tire patched up, was in and out of there in 10 minutes and less than $20
