I called today 10/4/2016 and asked about pricing for tires. He was nice on the phone and said he'd call me back in 5 minutes. I called him back 10 minutes, he answered and I asked if he found anything and he said "I was bullshitting with a friend, can I call you back in 5 minutes." I said no actually don't even bother calling back. I appreciate his honesty but that is no way to run a business. I am all for helping out small business but that was unprofessional.
I'll tell there is nothing like being able to rely on someone when your vehicle breaks down. Tire Town has been great to me for at thirty years, went in on a whim, never go anywhere else now. I have never had to go back for a repair once it's done, and the service is great, they call you when it's ready, don't make you wait around wondering what's going on. It's run the way a business should be run.
We moved to NH in July of 1998 and Chris and his crew have been our "family mechanics" ever since. As other customers know, sometimes an "it's not worth doing" is just as important as a complicated repair. Chris is an honest, big, old teddy bear who gives you a smile whether you're coming in as a new customer or going out as a satisfied returning customer!
I was recommended to go see Chris at Tire Town for any auto repairs and I'm thankful I did! My front sway bar on the passengers side needed replacement and initially I just wanted an estimate. Chris gave me the price, after only waiting a few minutes, and it was less than what Meineke charged me for the part alone a few months prior when they replaced the same part on the front driver's side.
