6/2026 back today because of a screw in my tire. There is so much construction going around our city =(. Alaryn treated me with respect and patched up my tire very quickly. He is very skilled,positive attitude and saved me a lot of money. Hugh Smith inside at the business office has been there for 19 loyal years. Not impressed. I’m a farmer. I needed a tractor tire repair. $200 later. New inner tube. Supposedly they did some rust repair. Next day tractor tire is flat. Took it apart myself to discover paint on top of rust. A pinch spot on the tube. I will never do business with them again.
Great customer service from start to finish. The phone call to set up the appointment was easy and professional, they got me scheduled quickly, and when I arrived everything moved fast and smoothly. The team was friendly, organized, and the whole process– from check-in to completing the work and final transaction– was handled efficiently. Really appreciate how simple they made the experience. Highly recommended.
Cameron got our tire patched when the big names in town wouldn't because it was on an "old" tire. Nothing wrong with it besides the nail. Cameron went beyond normal customer service to get us taken care of. I'll be back for more service and tires. 10/10
