The guys here are truly professional, kind and considerate. It is a very, very busy place! From what I understand there are appointments made online, through the call center and other sources which makes things a little crazy here. The guys, the service and everything is the best! Brooks is a fantastic manager and Eric and Paul round out a great team! Recommend this location highly!

Since there was the option to request a quote online, I tried it (for kicks, an online quote for tires from a local tire store in Ama--why not join the 21st century? way to go, guys!) Our first experience this spring was them putting on a lesser tire than we paid for. They said it was a mistake, and reinstalled the right tire. This week we took our car to our Toyota dealership and we're told the noise we were hearing was a defective tire. Guess where we bought it, Mavis!! We rode ovwrite to Mavis and were told they were short handed and couldn't help us right now. My husband asked for corporate's phone number and their attitude changed. Very poor customer service. Will never purchase from them again.
