I brought in my car for a tire patch. They were very quick and efficient.
Dropped off my Avalanche 2500 on a Saturday, no appt, and the place was BUSY. I had been hearing my brakes grinding. I picked up new pads and rotors, all the way around, prior to arriving, had them in the back seat. Spoke with Mo. fantastic guy, with great customer service skills. He was very friendly, and knew exactly what he was talking about.
