After visiting many Ford dealerships, who wouldn’t take a look at my escape, why the AC heater stopped working and why the engine light came on, I visited Tire Store Service Center after being referred by an AutoZone associate. Omar here was very helpful in checking under the hood, and confirmed that the Antifreeze/Coolant is empty. They checked that there was a damaged pipe, and ordered the part from Ford website. Quick service. However they did not explain very well what happened to my tire and it was a bit pricey.
Great services and the people are very professional and friendly.
