Super friendly staff, and they went above and beyond what was asked of them. Went for a tire patch and they made sure all my tires were aired up properly! Will definitely go back and highly recommend!
I was unable to control the fan speed of my vehicle's AC. It could blow cold, or hot, or out of the feet or the head options, but it would always blow on the highest setting. I paid and had the AC serviced. The fan control now works but it no longer gets cold or hot. I returned some weeks later to explain that my AC isn't blowing any cold air and they think it's okay to charge me another $150 just to find out what it was that they ruined. I was greeted with a smile and professional greeting from Celeste. She introduced me to Joseph, who listened to my concern and assured that they could replace all filters on my Jaguar XJL. HE quoted the time for completion and price. I was very pleased to be informed that the servicing was completed in less time and cheaper than the price quoted. What my family appreciates most is that they find what is wrong and they fix it. We've been duped many times by other places, but it seems the tire store goes out of there way to make sure I'm paying only for what we need to get right back on the road and not a penny more.
