I retired from Verizon Federal as the Manager of their Maintenance Center. We specialize in providing great Customer Service. With that being said, I have known and done business with the Tire Guy for over 20+ years and he's always had his customer's best interest at heart. He will match you driving habits, daily mileage, etc and make recommendation on purchasing used or new...great guy to do business with!
I won't even give this establishment one star. I took my car there because the tire light came on in the car. I left it there for hours only to be told there's nothing wrong with any of my tires. I was charged $15. Hours later my front tire was flat and because they were closed for the day, I had to get it plugged by another establishment for $20. They found a nail in the front driver tire.
