I purchased a tire here yesterday morning (6-20-15). The tire cost 38.00. I went back yesterday evening because the tire had already lost 17lbs of air. He refused to replace it (even though the receipt states a 3-Day Warranty) and plugged it instead. this morning I went to Walmart in Lexington because I was afraid to get back on the interstate. Nothing has changed since JeepGuy wrote on here last year. They were fairly nice on the phone. Ruined a chat session and immediately got talked down to when another guy went to look for a tire for me. Drove off on my donut and decided to wait until tomorrow to go to my usual tire place. They are more respectful and have better prices.
very rude and barely speaks English. dirty hobo sleeping on the couch in the poor excuse of a lobby didn't help. then talked to me like an idiot. I will never go back.
