Definitely a scammer. My friend had found a small picture nail on the inside of my tire. Came here and had a phone call from prison that I had to take, well when the son pulled off my tire I showed him where it was and continued my call all of a sudden the dad is over in the corner with his son and he kept looking over his shoulder.
