Came in for a simple tire rotation and they tried to upsell me on a whole new set before even looking at my car. Took over an hour for just one tire when they said it would be like 20 minutes. The waiting area has one broken chair and its literally right next to the loud bay door so you can hear every single impact gun go off. I had a friend ask them how much the charge to put 2 new tires already have on my car and they said $60. Now if I was changing all four, then I can understand the $60. I wasn't buying any tires, just need the tires I have swapped! They're not even worth one star!
Not saying that bad people but we’ll say I experienced a bit of bad Business as a frequent patron of this establishment. I came in for a used tire they begin to work on my tire before notice that they didn’t have the correct size place the temporary tire that was compatible on my vehicle and was told to come back the next day for the correct size a week went past of me checking every day and leaving my phone number the tire never came eventually the owner stated that because of how long it’s taking they would place a new tir... read more
