Awful service !!!! Went In and asked for four used good tires ,that all matched.guy told me that they were good used tires . A month later one tire blew it !when my husband took it off it was all dry routen ,guy tried to tell me that’s what happenes when you buy a used tire!!! The come dry routen ! Terrible customer service. When in for 4 matching tires. They were all dry rotted. Recieved 4 different tires. Didnt make it ten mile and 1 blew. When back and recieved 1 more. Then another 1 blew less then 5 mile away. When in for 4 matching. 9 different tires on truck and none match. Still cant drive it. They would work with us and wouldnt refund our money. Worst place ever. Wouldn't tell my own family or friends to go. Never answer the phones. And very rude. Tires are all old expensive. Bad choice
Been going to this place for years but the quality has definitely went down. Picked up 2 tires for my trailer last Friday and went to use it today and 1 tire is flat and I also noticed its dry rotted. Called and asked if I can drop the 2 tires off and get them replaced and of course they tell me bring the 1 tire and they can replace it. I said I want them both to match and of course they dont have any more matching. Wont be using this place anymore.
Came in to get one tire apparently I had 3 bad one. Gave me a great deal and basically brand new tires.
I went on Saturday to have a tire patched and they werent able to because of the sidewall being damaged which I understand. I had them order a new tire from there warehouse which is in Monroe not even 30 minutes south of the shop and they said the tire would be in Monday and they would call me. I stopped in 2 times and called because I haven't heard from them and now they aren't sure when the tire will be in. Stay away from this shop. Bad customer service all around.
