Terrible experience!! I took my 2015 BMW X5 to this tire shop to take off my Summer 22in rims (mint condition) to put back on my stock tires. The front two wheels (22in) where a little harder to come off. Due to salt/snow mix ... Why did the young worker with the glasses use a Metal Mallet to bang the rim off. (What happened to using a rubber hammer?) I have low profile tires so it isn’t much surface area to bang. I told him when I seen him grab the hammer “DO NOT HIT MY RIM!” And to hit the tire.
