I was really hoping for a better experience. They didn’t seem very interested in resolving my issue. Communication was poor, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. I understand that things can get busy, but a little courtesy and effort to help would’ve made a big difference. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future because the potential is there just not the experience I expected this time.
