Austin is fantastic and very Knowledgeable! While having Austin get some Tires on my wheels he had noticed some unexpected issues that were wrong with my wheels. After being notified that my wheels were cracked he has suggested that I not use the wheels due to the compromise of safety for my family and I. He wasnt just looking for issues with something to make some money but it seems he cares about his work. I hadn't expected to pay for new wheels at all.
