The worst car shop that I have ever been to in my life I brought my truck ingand spend almost a thousand dollar They caused my truck to have multiple problems and then I brought it back in and all they did was driving around for 20 minutes and waste my gas. You really didn't do anything and it was just a waste of my time. I left there really mad and I was crying I will never ever ever go back there again in my life and I suggest the same for everyone else was reading this.

I went to Tire Rama to get my oil changed in Coeur d Alene, when there they told me one of my tire treads was showing the steel belts on them, beings how we were from out of state I asked them if anywhere in Montrose Colorado I could use there free balancing and rotating and the technician told me Big O Tire would do them for free...Needlessly to say they LIED to me and now claim there not associated with that tire store; they also lost our locking lug nut; now were stuck without any lifetime balancing or rotating as I was p... read more
go anywhere but here. the wait is beyond ridiculous and the service is horrible. the hate customers, are rude, and always tell customers to come back some other time after making you wait for hours first
I won't be going back to Tire Rama. Over the years I've gone there for virtually every car need I've had, but their service this last time was TERRIBLE. I called them the afternoon before taking my car in and asked if I could get a tune-up on my car the next morning. They told me no problem, if I got it in by 8 they should have it ready by 11. I would recommend this business to everybody. To simply put it they are friendly, fast, inexpensive, and very reliable. You cannot go wrong with this Tire Rama.

today i asked the mgr to fill my very low tire he harshly replied "WE DONT HAVE AIR" geez i thought they were a tire shop.. i retreated to my car and heard this god awful noise it was a customers dk green volvo with no gas cap. the staff was spinning the tires so hard it made the car engine whine. mgr ran out screaming at staff as i drove away he continued his verbal assault.. tomorrow is payday i will take my car to perfection for new tires thank you.
