If I could give 10 stars, I would! Story time... I'm from out of town and needed to leave asap. Last year, Firestone on Sprague was exceptionally excellent with me, my needs, etc and ESPECIALLY my appointment time! That location had a fire... i.e. closed, so I called Spokane FS with a confirmed ( so I thought) 10 am appointment! My last set of tires lasted 10 years! Recently I noticed, what appeared to be a nic on my R front tire, close to the wheel and at the time had my wheels turned out, noticing more issues in the tread. I Called Tire Rama yesterday to make an appointment to have it checked out but was able to take it in right away for a thorough inspection, & decided to rotate those tires temporarily.
