Wheels falling off..... Took my car in to have tires mounted, they did, overlooked that the wheels are hubcentric, not lugcentric, and then didn't tighten any of the lugnuts on the drivers side wheels. Called them when my wheels almost fell off the car on the highway!!! They told me to bring it in. Couldn't get it back together properly, parts were missing they couldn't remember about, so they told me to take it somewhere else and they would pay for it. Took it somewhere else, they apparently know about hub rings and tighten... read more

Fast, friendly service, sky high price. I recenly had some brake work done on my car at Tire Rama. They were able to get me in right away and were very friendly. They told me upfront what I needed done but didn't tell me how much it would cost. When I went to pick up my car they hit me with the bill, it was nearly double what I paid for the same service a couple of years earlier at another place. I called around and found that most places were WAY cheaper. The service was great, but the price was outrageous! I won't be going... read more

P.A. I've purchased my tires there for several years starting when it was Bakke Tire. The store has had a new manager for 2 years or so, who is disappointing, to say the least. The manager exhibits very unprofessional behavior; sitting behind the counter talking on the phone constantly. He does not acknowledge customers coming in the door and lets the workers in the shop take care of everything. He should be having these phone conversations in an office; not at the customer counter! I will not be buying my tires there anymor... read more

good experience After breaking two sockets trying to get the lug bolts loosened on my ancient car, I took it in to them. They broke two of their own sockets loosening them and charged me nothing. I was impressed enough that I ordered tires for it on the spot, even though I was planning on doing that elsewhere. During conversation, I must've gotten my numbers mixed up because when the tires came they were the wrong size. They said they'd get the right size to me, no extra charge, even though the right size were a bit more exp... read more
