Had tires rotated at Hamilton shop. As soon as I drove away, I noticed a noise coming from front driver’s side wheel area that was NOT present before I took it in which can be heard inside the car. I went back and all of a sudden, my car needs an alignment. Was told that it “probably was making that noise before but I didn’t hear it because that tire was on the back of the vehicle. (Seriously? 🤦♀️) Won’t go back there as this was not the first time I had bad service.
We have been customers for over 20 years. Mostly tires, but have had two trucks lifted, as well as airbag installation for our truck and camper and other services. We have nothing but good to say about Tire Rama. Since 2022, we have had two electric trucks, which are more difficult to deal with, since the position of their batteries requires special care in jacking and setting them up for tire installation and rotation.
