Such kind people here! Twice now they have checked under my truck for some concerns I had. They let me know if everything was good but wouldn’t take any money for their time. Thank you for the peace of mind and good chats while I waited!
I’ve ordered several sets through Tire Rama, and asked to order the same set of tires I ordered last time. Upon my tires being installed , I noticed they were the wrong tires. I told the manager with whom I ordered them with, no apologies, and no attempt to make the situation right. What I did get were excuses why it happened, along with the comment “I think these are better tires anyways”. Very unprofessional and lack of attention to detail, not what you would expect managing a tire store.
