**EDIT** Updated 10-2, after the manager reached me hoping to reconcile and make it right, offered a solution which i took him up on, and I'm driving straighter now. I'm much happier that there was some good customer service going on as much as the solution. Moving from 1 star to 5 stars for that. Thank you for the small town feel. It matters a lot!** Pretty upsetting to have an alignment done, it not being corrected in the least, then hearing the confirmation to my question, "So I'm out of luck?" Reviewers have already shared that they’re great for tires; I’d like to share that there’s still more reason to do business there. Yesterday was my first visit after many years of my recently-deceased husband taking care of our cars. As I went thru the inevitable name and phone number change on our account, I could not have been treated with more kindness, sensitivity, or respect as I stumbled through what to me was an emotional and foreign process. A business with such heart will have me as a customer forever.
Pretty upsetting to have an alignment done, it not being corrected in the least, then hearing the confirmation to my question, "So I'm out of luck?" I was already gun shy after the last vehicle I had an alignment done (Rods, 10ish yrs ago) and it was worse than when I brought it in, but they at least had me bring it back to adjust it better. No such luck at Tire-Rama. I just lost $123. I have had great service with tires at Tire Rama in Hamilton and Stevi in the past, good people, but this will make me go elsewhere.
My son had a tire that was going flat, we pulled in and asked if they could look at it. They got us right in and fixed it for us and didn't even charge us anything! They were awesome!
