I just got my summer tires replaced on my van so we could move to Colorado, 200 miles from my destination my tire blew because they ripped the bead when mounting the tire. And my lug nuts weren’t even tight, my boyfriend undid them by hand, I had two small kids in the car..this should not have happened. They need to train their employees better and not put people’s lives at risk.

RecommendedI would rate this afternoon’s service 10 stars if I could. I arrived at the shop at 5pm with a Range Rover flat tire in the back of my truck and was greeted by Mark McDonald, who did not ask me if I purchased the tire from them. (The first question their competition asks) He immediately called for one of the shop techs to come out and take the tire from my truck to the bay. I just recently went in to tire am I to get An alignment day set the 1st time is up on the rock that they couldn't finish aligning and due to Tyrone a function so I took Chuck back fix the tie rod came back and they charged me again when they had already previously started on my child has an alignment so I got charged twice within the same day within an hour for 2 alignments I wouldn't recommend this place to any money for them trying to Pull one over on me and charging me twice for the same alignment on the same vehicle in ... read more

They have treated my Daughter( who is in college) like a queen. Yes we buy our tires from them, but they go above and beyond to help her with other car issues. The last was done absolutely FREE.
