Frank was awesome!!!! Professional, great tech, and just a great guy all around!!! Also want to give credits to his helper who was also wonderful to!!!! Love Tire Rack and the mobile service unit!!! Genius business model, and coupled with great folks like Frank, awesome!
Frank was attentive and called to inform me that he was on his way. He checked the tpms using the tool and then he pulled the tire that was causing the problem and found out it was a problem with the washer Gasket it was leaking, he repaired the stem by rebuilding it and he advised me that they others were fines d didn’t need to be repaired or replaced. He saved me some $ as they will be returned
