Showed up with my tires but refused to install them. Just left me with them to find a local shop to install them. Just an inconvenience at that point, but now tire rack and continental won't honor my warranty

Great experience. Super convenient. Friendly, informative, quick and I never left my house. Would totally use again. Well worth paying a tiny bit more.
