File claim for tire replacement. But was denied because the system didn't take first claim. Meanwhile my car was up on a jack. Needing a tire. So I purchased a replacement. But was later informed the claim was denied. NEVER PURCHASE TIRES ONLINE. FACE TO FACE IS ALWAYS BEST.
