I am changing my review to one star from 5 after several years later. The service and the workmanship become so bad. When Nicholas was there as a field tech it was top notch but after they been sending new people it's been disappointing. How can they train someone so bad and let them actually work on customer cars. I had to take both of my cars to get it balanced again to different shop to correct the problem. If you take a look at the attached picture. My installer, Brandon, was prompt and courteous. He communicated with me throughout the installation and answered my questions. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using the mobile installation service again!
