Highly don't recommend shopping here for new tires. Originally, I had purchased tires that were to be shipt from Nevada to South Bend. Apparently, it's the company policy to ship from South Bend to their warehouse nationwide but not back to South Bend for their customers here. Please revise your policy. Secondly, I had made my appointment for Saturday 07/11 and the customer representative verified numerous times the appointment will be 07/11. Tire rack sold me four Toyo proxies tires that were defective. Their inner steel belts on two of the tires are shifted. I’ve had the tires less than 45days. And tire rack put me through hoops and loops for a refund, and I was going to buy a new set of tires with them. And I still haven’t gotten a refund. But I’ve moved on to Costco’s. I would recommend getting your tires from a more trusted source. I was only 40 minutes late because I accidentally got confused by the time zone change. I arrived at 9:15 AM instead of my scheduled time. They still accepted me and unloaded my trailer, but after unloading they kept me waiting for paperwork all day. I have been here since 9:30 AM and it is already 4:00 PM. They unloaded me hours ago, but they refuse to provide my paperwork. It feels like they are punishing drivers for being slightly late.
