Great experience! This Distribution Center is top notch for customer service. It is located conveniently just off I-95. Parked right at loading door and got loaded in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way!
Don’t count on their warranty or road hazard, it’s a scam, they will not replace your tire(s). I had a blow out exactly two months after installing my tires I called and submitted a claim. The person on the phone accused me of it being my fault at first but then said they would see if they could replace it for me. It’s been a year now since installation and they never did anything for me. I had to get my own new tires. My family’s been using them for years but we’ve never had to use the road hazard until now.
