sold my husband a tire with a slit. tried to blame it on the rim. took it to other tire shops n confirmed it was the tire not the rim. the owner tried to say a slit in a tire doesn't keep it from holding air. lmfao wtf?! expecting twins in a few days and threw away $60 for a tire I needed to get them home from the hospital. these people are crooks do not buy from them. wouldn't refund or exchange!
In response to Ms. Davis' comment, there are NO retreaded tires anymore for passenger vehicles, it's too costly. What probably happened was the tire sepperated due to dry rot. Sometimes this happens with used tires even though they LOOK good. I have been buying tires and rims there for several years and had only two bad tires, they replaced them with no trouble and no charge. The James guy, hes a Fraud and cheat. He sold me damaged tires for the price of new. My car wobbles every time I go above 60 mph. Took it Walmart and they showed me that the sides were damaged.
I bought a 'used' tire 1 month ago for this business, well they said it was used. Instead it was retread! Well this morning driving up the street it came undone and tore my car up! It pulled off part of my bumper scratched up my paint plus pulled out something that is now leaking!! I dont really know what to do but I KNOW I will NEVER go to this place again nor will I ever refer anyone there. Had I know it was retread I wouldnt have bought it.
