This tire was supposed to go on a brand new rim that was in the back seat. But as you can clearly see it did not. The new rim was still in the original new box that came in. At least this lesson only cost me $137.75. Michael had asked me to bring my rim back to them, he wanted one chance to make it right. Great place for tires and repair work. Had a tire patched on my BMW wheel to get my wife back on the road. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend them if you are in the area.
I had an excellent experience Tire One! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The service was fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I also appreciated their transparency and honesty—they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. My car is running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the work done.
