They take the time to explain rebate s, install processes, cost breakdowns, etc., and answer any other questions you have. Drop off and pickup was painless. Will be returning for tire purchasing and installation in the future.
This place is a hidden gem in Ottawa's automotive repair world. Michel, the presumed owner of the company, is a true gentleman. He's honest, trustworthy and only does what is necessary. Best place for ANYTHING tires or brakes and they do oil changes as well I have been going there for years, since they opened! Super friendly and smart, they know their stuff! I would never go anywhere else! I recommend them to friends and family all the time.
