I recently purchased 4 tires for my car from this location. I also had the tires installed. As the technician was installing my tires, he managed to cross thread multiple lug nuts on my front two tires. I was then unable to remove my tires to change my breaks. I had to take my car to another shop and pay over $100 to get them to remove the broken wheel studs and replace them.
