So while I was getting my incredible rims and tires, I couldn’t help but hear the operator/manager with a client who thought they had a bad wheel bearing because it made weird feeling in the steering wheel and made a squealing. The manger came back after 15 minutes or so and said that he moved all steering components and spun all the wheels while listening with a tool that amplifies the sound based on point of contact with said device. For over 4 years now I have been coming there with my Honda and now my Buick. Big selling points are - they are really nice, they must not work on commission because they give you all options no matter what the price, and the jobs are usually done really quickly. From the reviews I see I am not the only one who feels this way.
