Alan was super knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. He was straight to the point about pricing, clearly explaining the out the door cost so there were no surprises. I appreciate the honesty as well, as he took a look at my tires and told me I didn’t need them just yet and to come back in a few thousand miles. I’ll be sure to be back whenever I do need a set

I've been going to Alan for 43 years because he is HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. Even though I haven't worked in Portsmouth since 2003, I still drive an hour each way. Also, having sat in his waiting area many times and watched how he deals with customers, I can say with confidence that he doesn't talk down to you because you're a car-dummy [me] or a woman.

I came here today on New Year’s Eve full of anxiety because I live in Massachusetts and I came to visit my mom for lunch When I noticed that my tire was making a weird noise, got out of the car and saw a nail. I went to A few other tire shops, where they tried to convince me that it was not repairable or patchable, and that the tires I have are discontinued, which isn’t true and basically we’re going to scam me into getting four new tires.
